Information we collect

Identification details (name, national ID or passport, KRA PIN where required), contact details, M-Pesa and bank information, employment or business information, and transaction records relating to your savings, shares, loans and investments.

Why we collect it

To verify your identity, operate your account, assess and manage credit, process payments, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate with you about your account.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where necessary: with payment providers to process M-Pesa transactions, with credit reference bureaus where the law allows, with auditors and regulators, and with service providers bound by confidentiality.

Storage and security

Records are held in our secured system with role-based access, audit logging and encrypted transmission. Access is limited to staff who need it to serve you.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate details, object to certain processing, or ask for deletion where we are not required by law to keep the record.

Retention

Member and transaction records are kept for the period required by Kenyan law and our audit obligations, then securely disposed of.
